How to Book an Airport Taxi in the Netherlands in Advance
Booking an airport taxi in advance in the Netherlands removes three things that go wrong at the rank: an unknown price, an unknown waiting time, and an unknown driver. Here's how to do it in five minutes for Schiphol (AMS), Rotterdam The Hague (RTM) or Eindhoven (EIN).
Steps to book
Enter pickup and drop-off. Start typing the airport name and your destination — most NL hotels, stations and addresses autocomplete instantly.
Choose your date and pickup time. For arrivals, switch to “after my flight lands” and add the flight number — we'll track it and adjust automatically.
Pick the vehicle size. Sedan for 1–3 passengers, minivan for 4–6, 8-seater for larger groups or extra luggage.
Add contact details. Name, email, phone. The booker can be different from the passenger if you're arranging the ride for someone else.
See the fixed price and pay. The total shown is the total charged — card, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You'll get an instant confirmation by email.
On the day, your driver tracks the flight, meets you in Arrivals with a name sign, and drives you straight to your destination at the price you agreed.
How far in advance should I book?
For standard cars on common routes, anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks in advance works. Book a day or more ahead if you need a larger vehicle (minivan/8-seater), if you're travelling early-morning or late-night, or if you have special requirements like child seats.
What's actually included in the fixed price?
Everything for the standard route:
All driver and vehicle costs.
Luggage (no per-bag fee).
Tolls and road fees.
VAT.
Flight tracking and reasonable wait time for delays.
Extra-large groups, special equipment (wheelchairs, bulky sports gear) or material changes to the route can affect the price — those are clearly priced before you confirm.
Cancellation and changes
You can change or cancel through the link in your confirmation email up to the cut-off shown on your booking. Refunds go back to your original payment method or, optionally, as GoEuroTaxi travel credit for next time.
