Booking
How do I book an airport taxi with GoEuroTaxi?+
Enter your pickup location and destination on the homepage, choose your date and time, select a vehicle, fill in your contact details, and pay online. You receive an instant email confirmation. The whole process takes under 3 minutes.
Can I book a return trip?+
Yes. Toggle 'Return trip' on the booking widget and enter your return date and time. Both rides are priced together with a 10% return discount automatically applied.
Can I add a stopover to my journey?+
Yes. Click 'Add stopover' in the booking widget to add up to 3 intermediate stops. The price is recalculated to include the extra distance.
Is there a minimum booking lead time?+
We recommend booking at least 2 hours before your pickup. For bookings within 2 hours, availability may be limited — contact our support team directly.
Can I book for someone else?+
Yes. On the contact details step, tick 'I'm booking for someone else' and fill in the passenger's name and phone number. You can also opt to send the passenger a separate confirmation email.
Pricing
Are GoEuroTaxi prices fixed?+
Yes. Every price is fixed and shown in full before you pay. There are no hidden fees, no surge pricing, no waiting charges, and no metering.
What is included in the price?+
The fixed price includes: your driver, the full journey, standard luggage (large checked bags, small bags, hand luggage), and toll/highway costs. Special items like bicycles or golf bags are also free.
What is TX-Certified and does it cost extra?+
TX-Certified (TX-Keurmerk) is an official quality certification for Dutch taxi companies. It costs an additional €8.99 and upgrades your booking to an audited, certified carrier with enhanced comfort and accountability. It is optional.
Are there payment surcharges?+
iDEAL has a €0.25 transaction fee. PayPal carries a 3% surcharge. Credit card, Apple Pay, and Bancontact are free.
Flights & Delays
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
If you link your flight number during booking, we monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver's pickup time is automatically adjusted — at no extra charge. You don't need to call us.
What if my flight is cancelled?+
If your flight is cancelled and you have linked it, we cancel your taxi booking free of charge. No questions asked.
Do I have to link my flight?+
No, it is optional. However, we strongly recommend linking your flight for airport pickups. Without a linked flight, standard wait time applies (10 minutes after scheduled pickup). If your flight is delayed and you haven't linked it, extra waiting charges may apply.
How long will my driver wait at arrivals?+
With a linked flight, your driver tracks your actual landing and waits at no extra charge. Without a linked flight, drivers wait up to 10 minutes after the agreed pickup time.
Luggage
How much luggage can I bring?+
Standard luggage is always free and unlimited within the vehicle's capacity. Large checked bags (85×55×35 cm), small checked bags (55×45×25 cm), and hand luggage all count. For Sedans, capacity is 3 bags; Minivans fit 8; Large Vans fit 16.
Can I bring a bicycle, golf bag, or stroller?+
Yes. On the luggage step of your booking, toggle 'Special luggage' to add a bicycle, winter sports equipment, stroller, golf bag, water sports gear, pets, a foldable wheelchair, or a rollator — all at no extra cost.
Cancellation
Can I cancel my booking?+
Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable. Flight-linked bookings cancelled due to flight cancellation are always fully refunded.
How do I cancel or modify my booking?+
Use the booking reference code from your confirmation email and visit goeurotaxi.com/booking/[ref] to cancel or contact our support team at info@goeurotaxi.com.
