GoEuroTaxi sells fixed-price passenger transfers as the principal contracting party. Rides are carried out by professional drivers and licensed operators acting as our subcontractors.

The price shown before you confirm is the total fixed fare for the route and vehicle you selected, including luggage. Material changes to the route, stops or vehicle on the day may affect the price.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and charged in euro. You may pay by card or supported local methods. A booking is confirmed once payment is verified.

You can request changes or cancellation subject to the cancellation terms shown at booking. Where a refund is due, it is issued to your original payment method or, at your choice, as GoEuroTaxi travel credit.

Travel credit is a voucher usable only towards GoEuroTaxi services. It cannot be exchanged for cash and has no expiry.

For airport pickups we monitor your flight where a flight number is provided and adjust the pickup time for delays at no extra charge, within reasonable limits.

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts.
